The Gantry London, Curio Collection by Hilton has unveiled two new meeting and event spaces in Stratford, designed to meet growing demand from corporate and agency clients seeking flexible, well-connected venues in London.

Located in one of London’s fastest-evolving districts for business, sport and culture, the new spaces reflect Stratford’s position as an increasingly important hub for corporate activity. With direct connections to Canary Wharf, the City and Central London, the hotel is well placed for a wide range of business and events.

Each space is designed to support a range of formats, from board meetings and strategy sessions to workshops, launches and networking events, with natural daylight, integrated AV and adaptable layouts, alongside access to outdoor areas and breakout spaces.

Glenn Findlay, General Manager at The Gantry, says: “Stratford has become one of London’s most dynamic hubs for sport, entertainment and business, and that is driving increased demand from corporate and agency clients. As a design-led hotel recognised for our architecture and interiors, these new additions continue that approach with bright, highly adaptable spaces, perfect for everything from team sessions to executive events. With further large-scale event space to come later this year, The Gantry will continue to build on its position within Stratford as a leading destination for meetings and events.”

At the heart of the launch are two new spaces designed to cater to different group sizes and event types.
The Signal Room is a boardroom space with its own private terrace breakout area, accommodating up to 20 guests seated or 40 standing. It is suited to meetings, presentations and private dining.

The Junction is a flexible space for collaborative sessions, accommodating up to 30 guests, boardroom-style, 50 theatre-style, 40 cabaret-style or 75 standing for receptions. The space is directly connected to The Conservatory, creating a 125 standing capacity space with a retractable roof, offering a seamless indoor-outdoor setting for larger gatherings, networking events and evening receptions.

Later this year, The Gantry will further expand its offering with the launch of The Exchange, a 120-seated capacity ground floor space designed for conferences, gatherings and larger-scale events.
Located near Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, London Stadium and ExCeL London, The Gantry is positioned to support a wide range of corporate, sporting and creative industries, with strong transport links across London and beyond.
