The Stock Exchange Hotel expands its 5* star hotel offering in the heart of Manchester city centre with the Stock Exchange Suites, an exciting new 95 room addition that will expand and elevate the city’s most celebrated luxury hotel.
Situated just opposite the Stock Exchange Hotel building, Stock Exchange Suites will offer a seamless extension of the hotel’s outstanding guest experience — bringing more rooms, additional 5* facilities and a new food and drink offering to Manchester, while preserving the elegance and attention to detail that define Stock Exchange Hotel.
With planning permission approved, the Stock Exchange Suites are expected to open in early 2027.
Designed by Autoban, the interior design studio behind the hotel’s award-winning transformation of the Stock Exchange building, Stock Exchange Suites will continue the story of craftsmanship, intimacy and modern luxury that has made Stock Exchange Hotel one of the city’s most prestigious places to stay. From materials and finish to furniture and layout, every detail has been conceived to ensure guests will enjoy a seamless experience during their stay.
The expansion will see 95 beautifully appointed suites, designed to reflect the timeless sophistication of Stock Exchange Hotel. Three luxury suite types will be available across the first to fourth floor with a mix of the brand’s stunning Arthur Hope Suites, Bradshaw Suites and Norfolk Suites. All floors will be designed especially to accommodate flexible cluster rooms for larger groups, with options to enable a number of different bedroom configurations or to open out the suites to create larger spaces and private lounges. Rooms will feature the same level of luxury that have become synonymous with Stock Exchange Hotel including super king-sized beds and stunning ensuite bathrooms.
At ground level, Stock Exchange Suites will introduce an expanded Traders Lounge. This 1,000sq foot lounge will be a relaxed lobby space for use by guests across both properties creating an inviting arrival experience and a day to night social hub – from morning coffee and co-working to cocktails and catch ups.
The Traders Lounge will strengthen the sense of community that the Stock Exchange has become known for, creating an accessible and welcoming environment at the heart of the expanded hotel. A small café and bar on the ground floor will complement the offering.
A boutique gym and spa is part of the vision for Stock Exchange Suites enhancing the guest experience with a brand new wellness offering. Plans include the introduction of a gym, steam and sauna rooms, & treatment rooms.
The hotel will also include an extended meeting and events provision and will be home to three specially designed meeting rooms on the ground floor further adding to the breadth of facilities offered to guests, bringing a flexible new meeting space to the heart of the city.
The lower floors of the Stock Exchange Suites also include 48 car parking spaces which will make access to the hotel much easier for guests using their own car.
Delivering an outstanding guest experience will remain central to the philosophy, with the Stock Exchange and Stock Exchange Suites operating seamlessly as one. Like Stock Exchange Hotel, Stock Exchange Suites will be operated by Troo Hospitality, and guests can expect the same exceptional levels of personalised service, attention to detail and warm hospitality for which Stock Exchange Hotel is renowned — now on an expanded scale across the wider estate.
