Minor Hotels has officially opened Tivoli President Milano, unveiling a full reimagining of the former NH Collection Milano President and marking a significant expansion of the Tivoli brand in Italy.
The five‑star property, positioned in Largo Augusto in the San Babila district, places guests within a five‑minute walk of the Duomo and at the edge of the Quadrilatero della Moda — one of Milan’s most valuable locations for both business and leisure travellers.
The 239‑room hotel, including 60 suites with six offering direct Duomo views, has been redesigned to reflect Tivoli’s signature blend of elegance, contemporary comfort and destination‑led service. Its new 150 sqm Presidential Suite, paired with a panoramic rooftop, is set to become one of the city’s standout options for high‑level stays and private events.
A wellness area developed with Starpool will open soon, complementing the already‑launched Technogym fitness centre. Meeting and event spaces have also been refreshed, supported by the revitalisation of the historic Verziere square.
In the coming months, the hotel will debut a new first‑floor restaurant overlooking Largo Augusto, adding a contemporary dining concept with Duomo views. Public‑facing experiences — from music‑led aperitifs to open‑buffet breakfasts — aim to position the property as a sophisticated social hub for the local community as well as international guests.
Tivoli President Milano becomes the brand’s third Italian property, reinforcing Minor Hotels’ growing luxury footprint across the country.
