A packed programme of tastings, workshops and wellness activities await in Austria’s Tyrol

Schlosshotel Fiss‘ annual Culinary Autumn returns this September, inviting guests to discover the flavours of the Tyrolean Alps through a month-long celebration of fine food, family experiences and restorative wellbeing. Rooted in the hotel’s culinary philosophy of championing local, seasonal produce, this year’s programme showcases the region’s finest ingredients alongside immersive food and drink experiences that connect guests with the landscape.

Running from 5th–25th September, the programme features a varied selection of tastings, workshops and outdoor activities including: wine tastings, gourmet hikes through the mountains, and exclusive spirits experiences with a local distillery. Throughout the festival, guests can discover the tastes of the season while experiencing the signature warmth and authenticity of Schlosshotel Fiss’ alpine hospitality.

Beyond the table, Culinary Autumn offers a thoughtfully curated wellbeing programme designed to nourish body, mind and soul. Guests can unwind with outdoor yoga beside Lake Wolfsee, experience atmospheric sauna evenings accompanied by singing bowls, or join a guided walk through the hotel’s herb garden to discover the aromatic alpine plants that inspire many of the kitchen’s seasonal dishes. Bringing together outstanding cuisine, nature and wellness, Culinary Autumn is an invitation for families, food lovers and wellness enthusiasts, to slow down and savour the best of the Tyrolean autumn.
