At the heart of the celebration is The Astrolabe, a striking floral installation adorning the hotel’s façade from Monday 18 to Sunday 24 May. Created by Chelsea in Bloom gold medallist, PAUL THOMAS, the display draws inspiration from travellers guided by the night sky. A visual narrative of stars, desert landscapes, and discovery unfolds, with intricate references to the astrolabe – an ancient Arabic navigational instrument – woven throughout and a reflection of Jumeirah’s heritage – welcoming travellers, offering a majlis of connection, and guiding journeys both near and far.

Families are equally invited into the narrative with the Astral & Floral Scavenger Hunt, designed to engage younger guests through discovery and play. Those who complete the trail will be entered into a prize draw to win an astrology-themed family guide, encouraging further discovery across London, including visits to the Royal Observatory Greenwich and the Peter Harrison Planetarium.
